All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. For 1 night stays the full amount plus tax is due. For stays of 2 nights or more 50 pct of stay is due.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of entire loss of deposit. A 25.00 USD cancellation fee will be charged regardless of cancel time.
