Cape Cod is the Massachusetts landmass that extends into the Atlantic Ocean, said to look like an arm showing its muscle. The seventy mile-long peninsula is comprised of fifteen townships, divided into three regions: Upper Cape (Bourne, Sandwich, Falmouth, Mashpee), Mid-Cape (Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis) and Lower Cape (Brewster, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown). No matter which region you choose to visit, there will be plenty to keep you entertained.

The Cape offers an abundance of recreational activities. Swimming, sailing, kayaking, and snorkeling are all available along with whale watching. One of the world’s best whale feeding areas is located just off of Cape Cod Bay. This is a prime boating area and there are plenty of opportunities for you to climb aboard to relax and take in the scenery or fish the beautiful waters for a great catch!

There are more than 25 public golf courses in Cape Cod that are pristine and fun for the experienced and the beginner. The steady climate here allows golfers the opportunity to play nearly 52 weeks a year.

There are also several performing art venues available with a variety of dramas and musicals. Music fills the air here from the classy Cape Symphony to the exciting jazz.
